Apple Cider Collada

3 oz PLG
2 Tb Coconut Syrup
4 tsp Cream
1 dash Cinnamon
Possibly 1 1⁄2 oz Jamaica Rum

Mix in a shaker.

 

William Tell’s Apple Shot

3 oz PLG
1 1⁄2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
4 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp Grenadine
2 dashes Almond Syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice cubes and strain into a long drink glass, fill with crushed ice, and place a miniature apple on a stick across the rim of the glass.

 

Frankfurt Cooler

2 Tb Apricot Brandy
2 Tb Calvados
1 Tb PFA

Add crushed ice and Ginger Ale, garnish with 2 quarter limes and spiral peel of a red apple.

 

Hessian Bubbly

2 pints PFA
4 eggs
7 oz Sugar

Put all ingredients into a pot, heat on a flame and whisk until the fluid boils. Reduce heat –otherwise the mixture will solidify. Fill into pretty glasses and add a tsp Arrak to taste.

 

Red Bottom

1 1⁄2 oz Passoa
4 tsp Vodka
1 1⁄2 oz Raspberry Syrup
PFA

Place a few ice cubes into a long drink glass, add Passoa and Vodka. Carefully add PFA, and finally add syrup. Don’t’ stir so that the Raspberry Syrup will stay on the bottom of the glass. Serve with a straw!

 

Pomme Rouge

1 1⁄2 oz Scotch Whisky
2 tsp Grenadine Syrup
Ice Cubes
4 oz PFA

Pour whisky and grenadine syrup over ice cubes in a long drink glass. Stir will, and fill up with PFA. Stir with a straw and serve. For decoration use 1⁄2 slice of orange and a Maraschino cherry.

 

Sour Country Apple

3 oz PLG
1 1⁄2 oz Grapefruit Juice
2 tsp Grenadine Syrup
2 1⁄2 oz Lime Juice

Shake PLG, grapefruit juice and some ice cubes forcefully in a shaker, strain into a long drink glass, and add a few more ice cubes. Add lime juice to taste, and serve with a straw and stir.

 

Mrs. Rauscher Mix

4 tsp Calvados
1 tsp Honey
Fill up with PFR


Kir Roedelheim

4 tsp Crème de Cassis
2 tsp Himbeergeist
Fill up with PFA
